Marissa studied at the University of New Mexico in which she accomplished acquiring a bachelor's degree in Biology, also minoring in psychology and chemistry. With a degree in biology, a deep passion Marissa has is to help people feel good about themselves. Marissa is a firm believer of taking care of your health in every aspect in life. She views skin care as a vital part of how you can become more confident in yourself.
After moving from her hometown Albuquerque, New Mexico to the Seattle area, she began her quest to find out how she can use her background to help others with their health. Prior to becoming an esthetician, she was an optical technician in which she helped others with their eyesight. Marissa got her esthetician license through Euro Institute of Skin Care, where she learned the best practices.
When Marissa is not helping others with their health, she is most likely going on hikes with her dog Cali and husband. One of her favorite hobbies is to do DIY projects for her home. Whenever she can, Marissa will not hesitate to travel, which is another passion of hers. With always helping others, she never forgets about her own health. She loves to go to the gym and eat as healthy as she can. She hopes to be a role model to anyone in her life and also her clients.
